Mr. Harker is a Bay Area native. He studied History at the University of California, Los Angeles. Mr. Harker returned to Northern California where he studied law at the University of California, Hastings in the heart of San Francisco. During law school, Mr. Harker received the Witkin Award for Excellence in Contracts and Property. Also, he received the CALI Award for Excellence in Torts and Trial Advocacy. As a participant in Hastings’ Criminal Law Clinic, Mr. Harker earned a Criminal Law Certificate. Mr. Harker is licensed to practice in every Superior Court in California.
